Services

HNX Electric provides electrical services in Longmont, CO and surrounding service areas. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians. Service availability may vary by location and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided before work begins. Written quotes are binding for the scope of work described. Additional work discovered during service will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding. We do not charge for diagnostic visits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, check, and cash. For larger projects, a deposit schedule may be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Warranty

All labor performed by HNX Electric is warranted for one (1) year from the date of service for defects in workmanship. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will help you navigate if issues arise. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or work performed by others after our service.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before scheduled arrival) may incur a trip charge.

Limitation of Liability

HNX Electric's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
